By accessing or using the Advaice website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), creating an account, or clicking a button indicating agreement, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and all applicable policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Advaice is an AI-powered virtual advisory board platform designed to help professionals and teams make better strategic decisions. Key features include:

  • Advisory Boards: Create virtual boards with AI-powered personas that provide diverse perspectives on your questions and challenges.
  • AI-Powered Meetings: Run advisory sessions where multiple AI personas discuss and advise on your topics, informed by your uploaded documents.
  • Document Management: Upload and manage documents that provide context for advisory sessions.
  • Persona Customization: Configure your advisory board members with custom roles, expertise, and communication styles.

The Services may evolve, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without notice.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may upload or submit documents, meeting materials, and other content ("User Content") to the Services. You agree to the following:

  • License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Monitoring: We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Services include AI-generated advisory responses. You acknowledge that:

  • Informational Use Only: AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and advisory purposes. We do not guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
  • User Verification: You are responsible for verifying the correctness and applicability of AI-generated advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on such information.
  • No Professional Advice: AI-generated content should not be construed as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment:

  • Subscription Plans: We may offer free and paid tiers. Details about pricing are described on our website.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the start of each cycle. You authorize automatic renewal charges.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@advaice.dk.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We reserve the right to delete or anonymize content associated with your account.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect signifies your acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

17. Miscellaneous

  • No Waiver: No failure to enforce any right operates as a waiver.
