YOUR CASE

You bring the case. Each advisor examines the problem from a different perspective.

How a session works

Four steps. Built like a real board meeting.

Each session is a meeting that stays open. Ask a question, get answers from every role, come back tomorrow with a follow-up. The room remembers.

01

Brief

Bring the case to the room.

Write the question. Attach the strategy memo, finance model, contracts, deck, or whatever's at stake.

02

Compose

Pick the advisors for this call.

CEO, CFO, CTO, Chairman, Legal, Devil's Advocate, or a custom role you build and reuse.

03

Clarify

Advisors ask before they answer.

Each role checks if anything is missing from their angle. If a finance question would change the call, the CFO asks. You reply in one tap.

Only when it matters · One question per role · Suggested replies

04

Decide

Every expert's take, then a facilitator's read.

Each advisor answers from their role. The facilitator pulls it together: where the room agreed, where it didn't, the risks, and the next move.

Independent answers · Facilitator synthesis · Keep the meeting open

About us

Better feedback. Better decisions.

We've sat alone with the call. Advaice exists for the days you don't have a board meeting on the calendar but still need one.

We're a Danish startup built by a small team. Advaice started as an internal tool. We needed a real advisory board without the boardroom, and it didn't exist. Now we share it with everyone else in the same spot.

For calls you can't undo

Run the same room for every decision that matters.

If a decision is small and easy to reverse, you don't need this. If it shapes the next two quarters, the round, the roadmap, or the hire, bring it to the board first.
